Sample weekend (would be tailored to suit):

Ø    Friday evening meet at the yacht for safety briefing, and familiarisation. Supper can be taken onboard or perhaps take the ferry over to Gun Wharf Quays to try one of the large variety of restaurants. 

Ø      Saturday morning, depart from historic Portsmouth Harbour and sail to Osbourne bay, anchor for lunch onboard in sight of Osbourne House (residence of Queen Victoria). 

Ø     Saturday afternoon, make your way to Yarmouth Harbour. Enjoy some time ashore and then opt for supper onboard or in one of the many delightful pubs in Yarmouth.

Ø      Sunday morning, make way to Cowes.

Ø      Lunch in Cowes and some retail therapy in the many shops of this busy sailing capital! 

Ø      Sunday afternoon, leave Cowes for Portsmouth. taking in the various sights such as Norris Castle, Osborne House and Stokes Bay

Ø       16:00 Arrive back in Portsmouth

Sample day (would be tailored to suit):

Ø      09:30 Meet at the yacht for safety briefing, yacht  familiarisation and breakfast

Ø      Depart from historic Portsmouth Harbour and sail to Cowes - during the sailing those wishing to participate can take the helm, tack the sails, trim the sails, learn basic navigation and so on…… 

Ø      Lunch at Cowes either on board or at a local pub such as the world famous “Folly Inn”

Ø      Return to Portsmouth – During the sail back various “fun” sailing exercises can be attempted to put a smile on everyone’s face whilst taking in the various sights such as Norris Castle, Osborne House and Stokes Bay

  Ø      16:00 Arrive back in Portsmouth

If the weather forecast in The Solent is Force 6 (22-27 Knots) or above, for your chosen date, you may postpone to an alternative date within the offer period, subject to availability.
